My wife and I were looking to buy a home for the first time. Doug and Ronda came highly recommended from a friend. They were extremely knowledgable and honest throughout the process. They were always sure to respond to our calls and messages in a timely manner with fantastic insight and answers to anything that may have come up. Our situation even provided a challenge after a contract fell through (sellers' problem, not on our end) halfway to closing. Luckily, we had this fantastic duo to get us through everything and set us in the right direction. We were treated almost like family. My wife and I felt like we have known Doug and Ronda for years. I can't thank them enough for all that they did and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a solid and sure experience. Doug has an unforgettable positive and hearty personality while Ronda, also very positive, is very sweet and heartfelt. Thanks to them, we have closed on our first home and couldn't be happier

Doug and Ronda were amazing! When we first meet Doug I knew it was going to be a memorable experience. He was always ready to help. We put a contract on a house and it fell thru. When Doug called to let us know I could tell by his voice that it wasn't good news. BUT he was very encouraging and showed us several more. Several times they would already have a contract, but that didn't stop him! He said I will find you a house and he did. Doug went above and beyond! He is defiantly a man of his word!! I can tell you this... he is very passionate about his job, and makes buying a house FUN! What we thought was outstanding was the fact that always communicated with us either thru text or email. Doug and Ronda keep up the great work. I wish there were more people like you selling homes. You are not only our realtor but now our friends. And we will have you over for dinner as soon as we unpack.
Doug and Ronda are great to work with! We were in a pinch and they worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood for us. They are so good about answering questions and getting back to you they really make the buying and selling process so much less stressful! We would absolutely work with again them in the future, and recommend them to anyone.
We have bought several houses over the years, but the experience we had with Doug and Ronda was superb. They pay close attention to every detail. They went above and behind on several occasions just to please are needs. We have never had any experience like this. We will be sticking with Doug and Ronda until they retire
Doug and Ronda make a great team and I do not think I could have asked for a better experience. I was a first time home buyer using a VA loan. I was contacted by Doug the same day that I called the VA inquiring about buying a home. He was just as quick with getting back to me with any answers to my questions and updates on houses. They guided me through the whole process and eased my mind of any headaches along the way. Once I found the right house he referred me to a great home inspector and mortgage insurance company. They were also able to schedule the closing before my deadline. Working with them was wonderful. I definitely recommend to use them as your realtor team.

Doug and Ronda are a great team and they made our experience purchasing a house here in Florida as painless as possible. We had limited time to look at houses when me and my wife were here visiting from our home in the Midwest. I don't remember the actual number of houses we looked at, but Doug and Ronda worked tirelessly to show each house available and in our criteria. They didn't try to push us to buy a house that we didn't feel like it was going to be "our home". They know and understand if you don't "feel" the house. They listened to our feed back after each house showing. They were able to give us expert knowledge about each area of a house showing. Highly knowledgeable duo. Doug and Ronda are complete class acts. They knew the types of areas we wanted to live in, what we wanted in our new home. They treated us like people, not just a contract. They made my wife and I feel comfortable in an already stressful situation of relocating across country. The got us exactly what we wanted, and at the exact price we wanted to stay within. I have dealt with numerous real estate agents, but Doug & Ronda, and Laurie was like having family helping me. Respectful, caring, considerate, and so much fun! Ronda and Doug were without a Doubt an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I had never bought a house before and we had a lot!! of questions, however they were able to answer our questions they guided us every step of the way explaining everything we needed to know simplifying everything so that we felt comfortable and informed with our decision. They found the absolute best possible deal for me even when it was not the most convenient thing for them because they genuinely care about you as a person and want to make 120% sure that at the end of the day you are happy with your decision. Both my wife and I feel EXTREMELY grateful for their hard work and expertise. I would honestly work with them for any home we buy in the future, simply because they made my first home buying experience one of the most positive and meaningful experiences of our lives. Ronda and Doug were not only there for me every step of the way but they were more like friends than realtors. I had gone through 3 realtors before I found them on Trulia. The others were rude in a sense where they acted like they were doing YOU a favor, lousy at answering emails, texts, etc... These two were always on top of everything and normally even a step ahead of me. They not only earned their commission, they went above and beyond to make my house buying experience as thorough and painless as possible, even after the contract was signed! My wife and I had vacationed from Pennsylvania to different parts of Florida a number of times. Our dream was to someday move here. When we found out that my wife could transfer jobs to Orlando we were ready. The only problem was we knew nothing about that part of the state. After many nights searching areas within driving distance online,I realized I needed help. I saw Doug's profile on Trulia and read the reviews. I called him right there and then. That was probably the smartest thing I did. Doug answered the phone right away and so began the best part of the move. He was informative and knowlegeable about the whole process, answering the barrage of questions we had whenever (and it was often ) we called. He is a total people person, full of energy, personable, and always willing to go that extra distance, and he truly wanted to help us find that certain house. We only had a short window of time to come down and find that perfect home. Doug was ready and eager when we got there. We looked at as many houses as we could each day ( for instance 14 the first, eight the second ) Doug had a list of houses that fit our criteria and he was determined that he would find us our home. Every house we looked at Doug was quick to point out all the nuances that make each one unique. We may have run out of energy, but Doug doesn't. He made, what could have been an ordeal, a fun and pleasurable experience. Doug is truley one of a kind. Well he found us that special home, and now we had to go thru the whole tedious process of actually buying it and moving into it. This we were not looking forward too. Well was I ever wrong about that. This is where Ronda steps in. Wow, she is one smart lady. Ronda walked us thru every step of the process , making the transition seamlessly. Ronda was helpful in every way imaginable. She answered our every question and we had tons of them, Home owners, electric, water, tax's, etc.etc. With Rondas expertice we had little to worry about she was there for us all the time. I wish every body we dealt with were as professional as this team is. We can't say enough about these two wonderful people, they are great. It was like having two close friends helping us find that home. We would recommend this team of professionals to anyone, and can't thank them enough for all they did for us.
